Payments:
All accounts must be settled in full immediately after each consultation.
Payment Options Accepted:

• Cash payments
• Medical Aid*
*We ONLY accept Discovery Medical Aid, including medical aids administered
under Discovery (please enquire when booking your appointment if your medical aid
is accepted). Consultations billed to medical aid are charged in accordance with
Discovery Medical Aid rates, which are slightly higher than private cash rates and
billed in accordance with Discovery guidelines.
Medical Aid Responsibility Notice:
Medical aid reimbursement is subject to your individual medical aid plan, benefits,
and provider rules. If your medical aid does not cover, or only partially covers, the
cost of your consultation, you remain fully responsible for the settlement of the
account.
